Happening on the evening of Friday, August 30, 2019, our current event is the fourth annual Night of Board Gaming for Good on Top of the World, the Pre-PAX edition.
Taking place on the 76th floor of Seattle’s iconic and exclusive Columbia Tower, this event brings together members of the gaming community for a swanky evening of fun and fundraising. Dice will be thrown, cards dealt, and meeples mishandled as guests spend the evening playing and celebrating their love of board games, partaking in fine dining and enjoying views of the Seattle skyline, all while giving generously to a good cause.
Our beneficiary is once again the Imagine Guild, in support of the Seattle Children’s Hospital’s Uncompensated Care program. This program eases the financial burden on parents, allowing them to focus on the most important thing - their child’s health.
All of your donations are 100% tax deductible: we are a federal 501(c)(3) charitable organization. This will be our seventh event since incorporation in early 2016.

With support and donations from companies like yours, we were able to raise over $20,000 in 2018, all of which was donated to the Imagine Guild at Seattle Children’s Hospital!

How You Can Help!
We are most in need of the following:
Raffle Prizes: Our unique "everybody who donates to the cause, wins" raffle is the main driver of our charitable donations. Due to the unparalleled generosity of companies like yours, we consistently have enough prizes to structure our raffles to ensure that if an attendee buys a raffle ticket, they're going home with a game. At a price point of $50/raffle ticket, you can rest assured that your donations are getting tremendous bang for your cardboard "buck"--all the while generating you a tax write-off. As a general rule, game donations that go towards our raffle have an MSRP of $30 or greater.
A Note about Base Games vs. Expansions
When deciding what titles to donate, please consider donating "base" games. A donation of 3 base games at MSRP $40/each equals 3 prizes (equals 3 raffle tickets at $50), whereas a donation of a base game plus expansions might equal only one raffle ticket (since we would have bundle them as one prize). For Silver Sponsors and above, we will happily stock our pop-up store with your expansions!
SWAG Bag Giveaways: All of our guests will receive SWAG Bags. This is a perfect opportunity to promote your brand. We have 2 tiers of guests, General Admission and VIP, and we need items to fill both bags:
General admission (200 guests): This has been our least-utilized promotional vehicle at previous events, so we want to make sure you're aware of this great, inexpensive branding opportunity. General Admission SWAG bags will be filled with low cost/high impact items. Think small games, buttons, stickers, pins, branded items like pens/pencils, temporary tattoos, or game promo pieces, and the like!
VIP (30 guests): In addition to everything in the GA SWAG bags, VIP SWAG bags will also include an assortment of donated games. This is an excellent opportunity to get your brand in front of our most distinguished guests. Your smaller-ticket titles (MSRP < $30) are ideal for VIP SWAG bags but we are happy to discuss including larger titles as well if you would like to earmark them as such.
