We're excited to announce our next Night of Gaming for Good on Top of the World, PAX Edition! Tickets will be available soon on Shindigg and we'll let you know when that goes live. (But pssst, word on the street is that you'll be able to purchase super early bird tickets at the next FTW Game Night on July 16)

Today our friends at Mox Boarding House Bellevue will be throwing down The Gauntlet and pitting 20 teams against each other in a board game battle royale! Mox Boarding House and Card Kingdom have been our awesome partners during our last few events, bringing their well-stocked pop-up store all the way up to 76 floors so you can use all your vouchers to bring home some new treasures. Today we're excited and proud to be sponsors of The Gauntlet: Realms, their annual charity tabletop gaming tournament that benefits Wellspring Family Services, a Seattle based non-profit that works to build emotionally healthy, self-sufficient families.

The prizes in this fundraising tournament include SIX tickets to our Night of Gaming for Good on Top of the World, PAX Edition this August 31, 2018! We're cheering on all the teams and wishing our friends at Mox a fantastic event. If you're local, be sure to head down there to Bellevue and check out the festivities!

We're always on such a high after our events. Our most recent Night of Board Gaming for Good on Top of the World, held on March 2nd, was another one for the books! Thanks to you, our sponsors, volunteers and everyone who helped make it possible, we've managed to break another record!

FTW Events' officers and volunteers present a check to Danny and Jennifer Kramer from the Imagine Guild.

Yesterday at our April Game Night at the Tower some of our officers and volunteers presented this awesome and comically huge check to Danny and Jennifer Kramer, representatives and members of the Imagine Guild, to the tune of $9,900. 100% of the amount will go towards helping kids and their families at Seattle Children's Hospital. This blows away any previous record we've had for our Comic-Con events.

And we couldn't have done it without you. Thank you so much. Let's do it again in the Fall, yes? :) See you there!

Trin Garritano

Trin is a games industry veteran, presenter, and moderator who loves talking into microphones. Thank goodness, as we've asked her to be our emcee for the evening! Trin has brought you crazy things like the Cards Against Humanity Mass Effect Pack, the 2017 San Antonio NerdWalk, Tabletop Deathmatch, and the Friendshipping podcast. We've asked her to watch her language and not to bring her T-Shirt cannon, so this will probably go fine.

Theresa Duringer

As a designer at Temple Gates Games, Theresa Duringer spends her time adapting board games for digital devices, where she is tasked with clarifying complex designs onto a small device. She and the Temple Gates Games crew recently released Race for the Galaxy on iOS, Android, and Steam. Prior to Race, she digitized the deckbuilder Ascension for VR, a medium that brings back tabletalk and social interaction to digital games. Up next she’s tackling Roll for the Galaxy, bringing the dice version of Race to PC, phones, and tablets.

Before each event, we put on this promotion by asking you to do some promoting for *us*! We need all the help we can get in boosting the signal and you could win some loot from our gaming prize pool!

To enter, look for the pinned post on our Facebook Event Page. It'll ask you to invite/share/tweet our event, let us know what you did, and that's it! We'll select one (or more) winner(s) at random the night before the event, and they'll have already won a game before they even walk into the event!
